Overview

WaveLink probe stations are engineered for RF-mmW-THz, DC/CV, and high-power test measurements. Platens support multiple RF and DC positioners simultaneously — up to 4× RF + 4× DC on the WL-210 — with roll-out stages for easy wafer loading, local-enclosure (LE) variants for shielded measurement, and frequency-extender-ready configurations for mm-wave and THz work.
