Lucas/Signatone Corporation invites orders of various types. Our goal is to make the ordering process quick and easy for everyone. We created a checklist below of all the items necessary to process your purchase order. We recommend that you first fax your order to us and then mail us the original if possible. We also accept verbal and e-mailed purchase orders.

Your order should include:
- Purchase Order Number or Visa or MasterCard number with expiration date
- Bill to address
- *Ship to address including department, mail stop, college etc… if applicable
- Contact name and telephone number
- Shipping instructions such as carrier and rate.
- Please reference our quote number if you received a quote for the items that you are purchasing
- Payment terms as quoted (default terms = Net in 30 days for USA accounts)
- List the model number, model description, quantity desired, unit price and extended price for each item being purchased.

*Signatone is proud to use UPS as our primary freight carrier for shipments that weigh less than 100lbs. Most orders are shipped with the shipping amount added to the final invoice. We honor our customers desires to use alternative freight carriers and payment terms for their freight costs when an alternative freight carrier is suggested by the customer. For shipments that weigh more than 100lbs we will use the freight company of your choice.
**Please indicate any special tax or tax exemption status that applies to your order. Signatone will calculate taxes if applicable and shipping charges and add them to your invoice unless other arrangements are specified in writing.
