For probing systems that do not have Signatone's local chamber option, Signatone manufactures Dark Boxes designed to completely enclose a micro probe station.

These boxes provide a shield against RF and light for the purpose of making low current or light sensitive measurements. Options include a range of feed-thrus such as coaxial and triaxial fittings, water and vacuum feed-thrus, and feed-thru boots to allow large cables to exit the box.

The PSDB line of Dark Boxes have one large door that opens from the bottom and, all except the PSDB-100, have another door built into the larger door to allow easy access to the microscope and the micropositioners.
