Laser / Microscope Stand

Signatone’s Laser / Microscope Stand is ideal for inspection of 4", 6" or 8" wafers or for stand-alone laser applications. It will accept both low power Stereozoom microscopes as well as higher powered A-Zoom or Mitutoyo optics.

The X-Y wafer stages have both coarse and fine stage control. The microscope can be in a fixed position or mounted onto a 2" manual or 6" manual microscope stages. The 6" microscope stage is available in a motorized version for use with one of the Signatone Solutions computerized controllers, or a joystick controller.
